Who we are

TORC ("we," "us," "TORC") operates this website and waitlist. If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at torcsupport@gmail.com.

What we collect

Right now, the only personal information we collect is the email address you voluntarily submit through the waitlist form on this site.

Like any website, our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs standard technical data for every visitor — IP address, browser type, and access times — as part of normal web server operation. We don't use this for tracking or advertising.

How we use it

• To notify you when TORC becomes available
• To send occasional updates about launch progress, pricing, or feature changes

We do not sell your email address, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who processes it on our behalf

We use a small number of outside services to run the waitlist and this site. Each only sees the data needed to do its job:

• Kit — stores your email and sends the waitlist emails on our behalf
• Netlify — hosts this website

Once payments open, we'll add Stripe to process transactions directly — TORC never sees or stores your card number.

How long we keep it

We keep your email on the waitlist until you unsubscribe, or until you ask us to delete it. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also request removal directly at torcsupport@gmail.com.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we have on file for your email address, or to delete it entirely. Email torcsupport@gmail.com and we'll handle it directly.

Children's privacy

TORC is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we'll remove the entry.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes — especially the pre-launch → live-product update — will also be noted in a waitlist email where practical.

Acceptance of terms

By joining the TORC waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't submit your email.

What you're signing up for

Joining the waitlist means we'll email you about TORC's launch, pricing, and progress. It is not a purchase, a contract for future service, or an obligation on your part to buy anything when TORC launches.

Founding pricing

Pricing shown on this site as "founding" reflects our current intent: accounts created from the waitlist, once TORC launches and you choose a paid plan, will be honored at the rate displayed at the time you joined, even if list pricing increases later for new signups. This is a good-faith commitment, not a binding contract until a paid subscription actually begins — features, exact launch timing, and pricing structure may still change before launch, and we'll communicate any material change to the waitlist by email.

No guarantee of launch date or feature set

TORC is under active development. Features described as "post-launch" or on the roadmap are current plans, not commitments, and may change, be delayed, or be dropped before release.

Waitlist conduct

• One signup per person is sufficient — you don't need to resubmit
• Don't use the form to submit an email address that isn't yours
• We reserve the right to remove entries that appear to be spam, bots, or abuse of the form

Intellectual property

The TORC name, logo, and the content of this website belong to TORC. You're welcome to link to this site; please don't reproduce the branding or copy elsewhere without asking.

No warranty

This website and the waitlist are provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and running, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TORC isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website or participation in the waitlist.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.

Cookie Notice

Short version

This website does not currently set any cookies of its own — no analytics, no tracking, no advertising pixels. It's a static waitlist page.

Email opens and clicks

The emails we send through Kit may use standard open- and click-tracking (a small tracking pixel and link redirects) so we can see whether our launch updates are reaching people. This happens inside the email itself, not on this website, and is standard behavior for every email service provider. You can opt out by not opening images in emails, or by unsubscribing entirely at any time.

If this changes

If we add analytics or advertising tools to this site later, we'll update this notice first and add a cookie consent banner where required.
